Might be the minority in this thread, but I'd have to disagree. I think it's getting easier because people think it is getting harder. Far fewer people take serious action than you think. Most either never actually start or quit after the first bump in the road.

I received my PayPal claim back. I'm assuming this guy was legit then maybe something happened to him in real life? Anyways, I don't recommend anyone purchase this service.

I ended up filing a claim via PayPal. Seller has completely vanished and no longer communicating.

Yeah, I'm not sure what happened. He hasn't been answering any of my Skype messages and it has been very frustrating.

I just want a refund at this point. I've waited over a month for delivery. I would have waited to order if I knew it would take this long.

Purchased 1500 upvotes last week that still have not been delivered. I've messaged the seller twice since last Thursday and he has not responded to me. I really dislike giving bad reviews, as this service seems like it is good, but for whatever reason the seller's communication is very poor.
