Combination of all you listed, but especially in my case, because I am sending unsolicited tweets, from accounts with EGG profile pics with crazy twitter names like HFGGINA534, that are unverified accounts, freshly made, and users click on, "REPORT THIS USER AS SPAM BUTTON". :rolleyes:

With the accounts I used for this test, both times, they were Non Email verified accounts. No Followers. Public Scanned Proxies. Waste of time. You are sending out unsolicited tweets. Paying for verified, or doing them yourself is all a waste. They will both end up banned.
