How do you hide the fact that you are using chat traffic from Twitter to generate leads so that your CPA network does not ban you?

Please if I give them my custom landing page link during the chat instead of a direct link to my CPA offer my adult CPA ad network won't know it's chat traffic??

I also have a method of my own similar to this, only that I can't seem to find an adult CPA network that allows chat traffic. How do I go about this?
