How effective are insta ads in your experience?

Does anyone find the program to be very buggy? I have to babysit it as the clock in the dashboard summary loses sync and goes 10hrs into the future, which then leads to the program ceasing to perform actions, though the GUI remains functional.. Running on parallels for Mac
