Thanks for this. How do you (if you do) get around residency/citizenship registration requirements on intl domains that have them?

I should have looked harder before asking. I see now that domain trustee services get it done. Fees can be several hundred $ annually though. Anyone know of cheaper way?

Hey BHW, I'm in the US looking for a reliable way to register international tlds with residency/citizenship registration restrictions (for example .es requires "registrant and admin contacts must enter a VAT ID, resident alien ID, or generic ID (passport number, driver’s license number, etc")...

I'm trying to register a .ua domain without owning the trademark. Does anyone know of a registrar that does offers.ua and also doesn't require the trademark? Thanks in advance.

Assumptions: 1. all things being equal, ie same backlink profile, no spam history, archived content restored to both, etc. 2. that an unexpired domain bought at auction will inherit more authority from it's age than an expired domain. Anyone with enough experience with domains bought both ways...
