That happened to me. I dug up my email I got from them upon signing up, emailed support, talked to support on skype, and they re-opened my account with all of my money still in it. They did good in my book!

I know they already have a bad reputation, but there's no need to make up silly things and assume the actions of others are that of the company for no reason. I can't say I really blame them for banning people doing BH operations. BH is almost always frowned upon and could very well land them...
