What kind of content management are you using? Using WordPress my pages tend to always get indexed. They may not rank for awhile but Google seems to index WordPress really well from the beginning.

The only way I know that I have done well with is creating a website and ranking it organically with on page + off page seo But it seems this process is slower and slower I have a new project a little less than 2 weeks old that's still seeing no traffic and very few impressions
