It may not work depending on it what it is but it would be a lot better if you were able to find an existing domain that was generic enough you could use it for your rank and rent site. Many consumers dont even look/scrutinize the website name that much and it would make it much easier to rank...

For anyone in the future that reads this thread I think I have decided to use a seller in the marketplace and get a website redesign, I am going to have my host company wipe everything on the server after the redesign is done and then reinstall wordpress and install the site. Hopefully I am not...
