I recommend adding privacy. I've bought quite a few high PR domains, and changed hosting as well as content but never lost PR.
I do however keep the content in the same theme, and the domain under the same registrar.

I want to make sure my images are unique and untraceable.
With my header for instance I have cropped the image, changed opacity and added text to it - but at tineye.com it still finds similar versions...

You could also rank these web 2.0 sites for long tail keywords while you're at it and funnel more traffic to your money site - depends what you're trying to achieve.
You've been reading for 3 years - you should have more than enough information to start. If you don't start doing something and learn by doing you will be stuck in the same place forever. Tools should help you but not decide for you.
