yeah, but some accounts have a limit of 40 and some of 1 (and those ones have a different kind of restriction - It appears a message that you reached meassage request limit)

What you mean decline messages? After sending 1-3 Messages i get action blocked and cant do any more messages for 24 hours.

I think IG remembers the device ID and its still flagged after reset, dont you think?
