If you can't find it in the raw source code via ctrl+u but you can see it on the page, the seller might be injecting it with javascript. try using inspect element instead to see if it shows up in the rendered dom. if it only shows up there, you need to check if google is actually indexing it...

If you want followers instead of just views you need to use comment triggers. setup something like manychat so when people comment a specific word you auto DM them a resource or a link. instagram rewards that heavy interaction and those people almost always follow you after getting the DM...
