I'm in a very similar situation. Have a 19k account that used to get 1k likes and up. It's been severely reduced for a while now. I stopped gaining followers and I'm getting around 300 likes on high-quality posts. It might be worth noting that I started doing Telegram rounds around Christmas...

This is interesting. How long did it take before the accounts started growing again? I've been doing Telegram groups since Christmas, and I'm no longer gaining followers. I'm not shadowbanned, but I have simply no meaningful growth (maybe 5/day on a 19k acc with HQ content). I've also noticed...
