I'd suggest you get the rights to the images you'll be using, or modify them enough to make them your own. If not you'll risk having your account suspended/terminated for copyright infringement.

I agree with Redox. I have a genuine insttagram account with 30k followers. You can't expect much more than a penny a like or a fraction of that (3/4 of a penny)
