I wouldn't rely on softwares to autodetect and label links as BAD and for you to disavow them just by listening to the softwares. They help a lot in showing you metrics or telling you possible problems, but I suggest you review each link manually and look at all the metrics to make a decision...

There is no such limit. If you are building high quality backlinks to your website, you should not be concerned. However, if you are doing low quality links, those may affect your search engine rankings.
