Absolutely true, without aged FB account and already registered Business Manager, even better if BM is verified, with various functions activated, like 2nd role, apps, etc and the most important is to have 2 3 clean payments, which gives it the best trust from FB.

Hey guys, quick question .. lately I've been having difficulties with fb accounts jumping from the possibility to create 1 ad account to creating 3 as they used to do before, after 1 or 2 payments .. I am wondering if anyone else is facing the same problem or if you guys know any way to go...
