This happens to all types of ad accounts, even agency accounts and verified Business Managers. However, from what I’ve seen, unverified accounts don’t seem to be scanned as heavily and have remained relatively stable so far
I'd say yes and no. Even when using credit line ad accounts , you need to be selective, better quality credit lines usually gives better results compared to lower quality ones
