That's far too many tweets per hour, especially if you dont have a high Klout score. You're likely getting flagged for spam. Consider using dlvr.it for scheduled RSS feeds and an app like Twithawk for automated at replies.

I use Hootsuite and Seesmic for tracking most of those networks. Add in CoTweet and SocialOomph, all free versions and you can probably get most of what you are looking to accomplish. I use more than one platform, as each social media platform has its own strengths and weaknesses. Hope this helps.
