I would suggest you dirty cheap traffic, non-geo targeted adult traffic. But after all, it all depends what kind of monetization you have on your website. If its low-cost product, then cheap traffic will be good.. If its mid-high expensive product, then your best bet is to get highly-targeted...

i use hostamus , vps package 35$ monthly. im running xrumer , gsa and scrapebox there ... all works great... and i use them for 10 months already :) and Damien from support is just plan f*ckin awesome :) when i am late with payment, he puts it on hold for few more days so i can still spam with...
