Hi, im still using the free-version, and some times the download is a empty .csv file, and when i can download the correct audience the .csv file comes only with the names without the emails. The free version will be fixed? Thanks anyway, i used when it was working before, and is a good tool.

Actually i was able to follow up to 1500 a day, i dont know if its because my twitter account is from 2011. But i will be careful to dont keep following a lot everyday.

I dont think so, didnt had any alert on webmaster tool. I just think the "HIT" was the algorithm update.
