Also, I forgot... Try to set a daily goal you should achieve. For example, walk 5km, meet 2 new people etc... Try to make it look like a video game.

Try going to gym, I am sure this will help you a lot. Also, take a walks in the nature and keep your head up, so you can see how interesting the world around you actually is. Fining an offline hobby should help you too. Don't forget, the point of the life is to enjoy every minute :D
