I've posted a thread before asking if there was any sort of legal trouble someone could get into for selling links on a site they don't own. Never got a real clear answer. So, say a writer for a news website has access to every article on the site and can go in and drop a link to a very old...
Keep in mind the writers selling the links don't own the website. My question was can you get in legal trouble for selling links on someone else's website. But the answer appears to be no.
So lets say a writer for a high authority news site is selling followed links. Can they get in any sort of legal trouble for doing this? I've heard of people doing this and have received emails advertising this sort of thing before and I'm just curious of what the risks are for the seller...
