How do you get a dox in under 1 min with a Comcast IP. I know it is possible because I gave my friend a ip that I knew the name and etc. and he got all there information on it with in 30 secs.

Like let's say someone is connected to a vpn via skype how do you get there actual ip address with out hitting them off there vpn.
