Our accounts are still getting banned

There are some subreddit that requires a set number of Karma. I think 10k is enough already and you could focus on marketing already

spam their post with huge amount of upvotes everytime they post. They would get ban with upvote manipulation

What I have obeserved: Gmail is the best option especially when using an iOS device. Then connecting the Reddit account to Google and add a phone number

Perhaps, you are using the same Email? I know it's dumb but I have a client before that created an account using the same Email

Randomize the amount of upvotes. Don't stick to one number and make sure high quality accounts are used in the upvotes

Currently, there are many agencies that does that for you. I have been doing Reddit farming and posting for a long time now. To reach it to the top we would be observing the best time to post on that specific subreddit then add little bit of upvote to bump up the post.

Shadowban. You could try appealing but it's likely it won't get lifted
