I'm still looking for more accounts to PPI programs. We are using them to test, so I'm fine with paying to share or buying the account.

You should test out another PPI program to make sure the problem isn't revenyou.

A proxy detecter will help and blocking well known FB IPs, but nothing is perfect. You will have your accounts sooner or later, it just a matter of delaying detection.

Fiverr sellers normally have awful quality, unless they are also active on this site or other forums. I would only buy from ones that have been vetted on a forum.

You should be automating and out sourcing content generation and focusing on tracking the analytics of your long-tails. It is good to both focus on high performing key words and also keep experimenting to find more high traffic long-tails.
