I've thought about the same thing. I just started up 2 sites and have been thinking about getting back in to article marketing. I would probably go with 2 or 3 anchor text links for a 500 word article - 4 at the max, just to make sure that the article doesn't come across as an ad or spam. But...

Lol! 6, at the moment. Bing Adcenter, Trello, 2 CJ Tabs, G-mail, and BHW! This is also my first post here, I was so tickled with the question I had to answer - especially since I sometimes feel that I've got too many tabs open.
