Well, google ads have the feature where you can exclude IPs and locations where your add is running. If you can track it, you can do it manually to. So, detect the specific location from where bots are attacking and then exclude it all together. The service does it for you on real time basis.

Brand bidding can be done only when the seller allows it. Most of the time you get banned and then all that pain of recreating the account and stuff.
