TBH the best thing to does is to check out what people are searching for that brought them there and if that doesnt meet up with the page’s promise, they leave no matter how much traffic u was getting.
Yess i have also observed this pattern. Sometimes a post might fail even when there is the same audience hence I prefers comparing the topic and opening lines of the posts that has really succeeded.
For a new perspective i will choose a specific niche that would give me an opportunity to create at least 30 videos without having to forces it. Find one format that actually works identify what garners watch time, and then capitalize on those wins.
I has found it much easier to concentrate on an unusually specific theme rather than trying to satisfy every body. when the viewers knows exactly what they can expects in the next video, everything becomes much more predictable.
Step one is to verify if there are any manual actions or index issues on the search console. If there are none and i can be sure that the google side is good then I investigate backlink losses or competitor updates.
It still works imho but only when the substitute really fits into that page. broken links everywhere and out reach to everyone looks much less efficient than targeting a few relevant opportunities.
imo this is when things becomes quite blurry because those citationns are created not for any other reason than to manipulate what the AI thinks about the brand.
in case those mentions come from real sources that are relevant to the topic then it should be classified as GEO. If not, then this is...
i have seen that small pages can actually gets more out of it by virtue of the same people coming back and parti cipating. While it is gud to have a high number in the profile what really counts is the repeatt participation.
Another thing i thinks should be added is to see what follows after receiving views on the reel. if there are no visits or follows as a result i could consider changing the topic and not making another post untill then.
