If you're consistently posting on your blog then that's perfect to promote... What Im doing is some kind of link building. BAcklinking, and then in Forums making it as my sig and commenting into some other blogs. ur comments must not be spammy and a lot more...

Fan Pages are helpful in finding targeted friends.. That's what I've been doing before when I was asked by my client to look for some targeted friends..:o
