everyone has his own technique and can apply in difference campaign. Im not a guru but one thing i can advise is doing more research, you will enter to a world of big information but keep calm, listing down what you understand and not. try yourself before paying to any courses Cheers & Good luck

free traffic is from many sources (twitter,insta,fb,quora, forum..) but normally it doesn't convert well you will need an attractive way to get people click to your link

Read carefully about GEO, different GEO , different earning

it will depend on your campaign. If it is about dating, then mostly people will think about adult sites ..etc

just last week and now i am still running ads on FB about one survey campaign that accept all traffic i think probably the "URL"

while users click on your link , it doesn't mean it will be a completed lead (for example if your campaign requires sign-up or taking survery) that is why you can not calculate it that way
