I have the same exact problem!! i usually create new accounts make something viral and then repeat and make more accounts but i feel like last month tikok was acting up for sure it wasnt the same for me atleast, and now i feel like its going back to noamrl ish

I dont know about your second question but to answer your first question you can warm up an account by enageing with the audience that you want to target and ive warmed up accounts like this for a few hours then posted and it went viral sometimes but now i find that i have to warm up my account...
