You can open your own adult toys store and place banner ads advertising on your porn site. That's what I did a couple years ago. The only downfall is that you'll have to compete with Amazon.

I've had the same problem with them. After a few days I send them an email wondering if they're going to approve my content and they will speed up the process. Unfortunately you may already know that they are currently doing maintenance on their system and creating new content is unavailable...
