You must be using all the facebook account on one laptop/computer. That is the problem. Get some vps or antidetect browser like Multilogin and make sure to get dcent 4G proxy. Most of your problem will be solved. Now you have to make sure that your ad is not violating any terms

You are on the right path. By using Multilogin you have reduced your chances of blocks. What sort of proxies do you use? I suggest mobile proxies. After adding profile to multilogin, how long do you wait before you start your ads?

Where do you access the accounts? Do you use any anti detect fingerprint took? What IP do you use? What country is the account from? How long do you wait before running ads?

Buy an aged account, use an RDP or ML to access that account, don't forget to use a 4G proxy. You will probably have a healthy ad account if you don't trigger their AI.
