Different Proxy per Window of Chrome/ Firefox
If you go to settings in proxy tool click on "rotate proxy on every new window/tab" it will do that. So when you open a new tab/window you will have a new proxy for each tab/window. ;) -

Google "Proxy Tool Addon Version 1.17 Firefox" It's on this site too. I can't post links. I use it & it works great!
