Personally, I prefer to read than watch video, so don't worry, there are already a lot of videos about coding, what's hard is marketing and if you have any valuable trick, every app dev will be happy to learn them in any way.

So, if I understand correctly you get reviews for your apps to rise rankings. Do you buy them on keyapp.top or for example incentivize your facebook group users to write reviews? Anyway I guess it may also be a reason why u get bans, getting lot of reviews suddenly looks fishy for google.

I tested it for iOS. Country US, keyword with Search score 46 and difficulty 42 (on mobile action) - 3 days x 10 installs each day, was enough to push it from position 136 to 11, looks like no penalty was issued, so looks like it works. I guess that 2 more days with 15ish installs will get it...

Can you set 5installs/day ? I think that you can set minimum 10/day in keyapp, unless I'm missing something.
