You're right brother. I had my mindset on a name, I already designed a logo, and the .com of my name is top-level premium. $2,995.00 for the domain, and I just don't have that type of cash to throw around just yet. Good thing I can rebrand quickly and painlessly.

I honestly don't pay too much attention to the domain but now that I think about it .net and .org seem just as credible but I wouldn't attribute it to a place that I would purchase a service or product if that makes sense. So I would definitely lean towards a .com.

Hey all, I'm seeking to land a nice .com for my business URL but all combinations are either taken or are offered at a premium. Is it necessary or needed to have a .com for SEO and communication purposes? I'm a design studio so would a .studio be just as good if not better than a .com? Thank you
