Update: I've started with 2 accounts -> no conversions (followed about 700 in sum) Today I will add 2 more accounts and increase follow rate to 350/day (instead of 150/day).

Thank you :) Short update: Gramdominator works a little bit buggy. Sometimes it wouldn't accept my proxy and sometimes it would. Sometimes the Follow campaigns wouldn't start and so on. The targeting options are very limited. Yea, but now it works reasonably well.
