Adsterra and Popads really good options depending on what type of website you are running.. but definitely go with Popcash. I found it more viable than all the other options in this thread, but that's just me :)

I started working with them 2 years ago and somehow maintained the collaboration over the years - at different levels of intensity - however, the rates are decent and I always received my payments from them, so I think it's safe to give it a shot! Good luck!
