i am using win-vps's 28 vps more than 3 month and service is super really fast but customer support is poor and now a days site is down(check image) so i can't manage all of 28 vps , can't pay invoice(if payment is late they add late fee ) Etc..... if there any one here that facing same...

I hope to buy USA Rotating Private Proxies before it i have some question Do you provide IP authorization? if yes how many IP (PC) can give access at the same time? What about the maximum thread and bandwidth limit ?
