Nice method OP, i used to do it before 2-3 years but now i think fb is more strict about this. How much delay you have between every post on groups? Because if you post fast and in many groups, fb will delete your posts, or ghost them.

Yes, it's normal. Your accounts are not verified by phone so IG will ask it. Better to verify them before start to use them.

But if you use disposable emails for register IG accounts, how can you use the same email if IG asks you t verify again your account?
