I've been setting up my PrePaid Cell phone with unlimited data to my computer and I can run the internet though the cell proxy. Because most social media sites think I'm on a cell phone, they think your all my traffic is legitimate and not spam. It's slow, but works.

Go to fiverr. Buy gmail accounts. Set up google+ acounts. Use those accounts to Author content. What's the problem. $5 solution. I've been doing this for a year already.

I've had the same problem, and if you give them high traffic with a high bounce rate, they ban you.

When you get bigger make sure to search for people mentioning you and follow them. Also followback everyone, because eventually you will be the guru and people will start to tweet that you followed them. This happens all the time on two accounts I manage and it gets people to tweet about you.
