Yes, definitely. Facebook is still tightening ad account reviews and domain checks in late 2025 — especially for agency and shared accounts. They’re getting stricter to prevent policy abuse and gray-area ads.
That error means the ad account was originally created for promoting apps (the domains listed in the message). Facebook now restricts it to those domains only.
