A good PBN from expireddomains is rare actually, most of them are spammy or even got manual penalties @@ Why don't you start your journey with dropcatch lol if you high in budget, those backorder domains are next-level in my opinion. Or else start with Auction domain or closeout maybe xD

Not too experienced but i can suggest some of the factors that you can take a look. 1. Domain Age 2. How many time has it been registered 3. Mentions on socials 4. TF, CF 5. Backlink from Large press sites, wiki,...etc 6. Traffic And sorry for my bad English :v
