true - I had one idea but it would take a bit of work. If you could recreate a site that charges for tenant checks (like https://www.mudhut.com/patron/tenant-credit-check ) you could potentially make a ton telling everyone they need one of these to apply/secure a viewing etc.

I advertised a house for rent a while back, and after 1 day I had the names, e-mail and phone number of 100 people. As a test I made a simple property listing site with a dozen similar properties in the same area. I texted/emailed the list and pretty much all of them then visited the site...
