Which language to learn to make such bots?
I would like to recommend you Java. Now there is Selenium API in java and using that you can make a bot. Just need to parse all <tr> and <td> tags in html table of proxy site and then you can use Selenium to sign up in facebook using your name,email etc. with desired proxy.- mehulpopat12
