There are many bots that have account checkers included, just search around, "youtube bot account checker" you're bound to get some results - I have 3, so yes, they do exist. To answer your other question, yes, use proxies, very HQ proxies - Private proxies if you can afford it.

Most use a view exchange or resell - the people who resell usually are buying from someone using a view exchange. There are some more BH methods... but they are kept pretty much on the DL.

Use bit.ly or href - They still count views from popular link shorteners, you don't need to get fancy with it.
