check the headers, your looking for the http status codes, thats what G crawlers are reading. tinyurl & bitly resolve as a 301, aka perment redirect, not "dynamic" URLs. dyamic would be 307, and some URL shortners are 307, but not these two. yeah, sure redirecting root of bitly or tinyurl...
