I guess you're checking the DevTool code, that one takes into account javascript modifications. Check the original source code (control + U) : There might be other links I guess, I only checked the top one with the network links. What's showing on ahrefs might be links on profiles and comments...

Those links are not in the source code of the pages, they are generated with javascript so not visible to search engines. Look for the div with the id js-networkBar in the source code, you'll see it's empty.
