Yeah, definitly get a dedicated box for this, there is no sustainable way any VPS provider can offer you 20TB. LeaseWeb, OVH, Hetzner etc all have decent boxes and prices with the required bandwidth. Or get a 100Mbps unmetered, 33TB per month!

Hetzner is very good, only issues can be on weekends if you have an incoming attack that gets your server locked. I guess it depends on how many servers you have as well, I've seen people with 15+ servers get a lot better support than single-server clients. I guess it all comes down to the...
