about shorts , can you use someone else content in shorts and still get the youtube fund ? and if yes how ? how you have to edit the content to be able to do that ?

was persistence ive tryed after the 3 channels with aroun 10 but sadly only 2 channels are making more th 1k per m right now , and the taxes are killing me :(
