Google sites get indexed and filtered, docs aren't. If your YT comment is reported multiple times, your Google site can trigger the filter and it gets taken down automatically, but this doesn't happen with docs, so it takes more effort to take it down or ban the account.

If you find something you like to do, it will probably start working. Perhaps you're doing too many things you hate doing.
